produce enough glutamine on its own, but when the body is subjected to

production ability.
Glutamine is important to an optimal immune system since several types

that when glutamine levels fall, other systems may be affected,

injury, surgery, infection or prolonged stress.
Research indicates glutamine may prove beneficial in several

glutamine deficiency may slow wound healing. This is because stress on

glutamine. Early research has shown positive effects of glutamine on

and improving diarrhea.
Athletes may also benefit from taking glutamine. Athletes who
overstress their muscles decrease glutamine levels and often find
themselves more susceptible to infections and slow healing from
injuries.

Suggested Use:
